12,397 counselor contacts across nine Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states, each one verified against the school's own website this summer, not carried forward from a database built years ago. Every record links to the page and the exact quote naming the person, so you can check any row yourself before you send a single email. It is also why we sell to higher-education institutions and no one else.
We are trying to make buying data as comfortable as buying anything else online. Everything is on this page: the counts, the accuracy figures, the prices. If you like what you see, check out by card and the file is in your inbox within one business day. If it is not for you, closing this tab is the end of it. No discovery call, no quote cycle, no rep emailing you every other day to follow up. And prices are set where a department purchasing card covers them, so going ahead takes a day or two, not a procurement cycle.
We sold our first hand-built lists in 2022 and 2023. This year we rebuilt the whole operation around source-linked proof and relaunched in July with nine states, and the first 20 institutions of the relaunch are how we make our name. That is what this discount and the free states are worth to us. Be one of the first 20 to buy the Northeast Bundle and you lock in all twelve of our Northeast and Mid-Atlantic lists, kept current for a full year:
The value math: the nine live states cost $12,594 bought separately, and the regular bundle price is $7,999. Founding buyers pay $3,999 for all twelve lists.
What “all 12” means, exactly: the Founding 12 is New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Maine, Delaware, and Washington D.C. Any states built beyond the Founding 12 are separate purchases and are not part of this offer. Once 20 institutions have claimed it, or on October 31, 2026, whichever comes first, the bundle returns to regular pricing with the standard single 90-day refresh, and founding buyers keep their founding terms. A list in production ships only after it passes the same sample audit as our live states, and production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Counselor rosters turn over roughly 21% a year. We measured it between our own 2023 and 2026 files, and incumbent vendors themselves cite about 20%. What separates lists is whether you can tell when each row was last true. On most, there is no way to check. Ours is built for checking.
Every contact carries the URL of the school's own counseling or staff page, plus the exact quote naming the person. No page, no row. Every time.
Most emails come straight off the school's own page. A disclosed share are verified from the school's standard address format or recovered from our own prior records, always bounce-tested before they ship. We never buy or resell a third-party aggregator's file, and each file discloses its exact split.
We sample-audit every file against the schools' live pages and put the number on the table, not a vague “verified.” And you can re-check any row yourself from its link.
Every email is independently bounce-tested right before delivery. The addresses that fail are removed, not sold to you.

This is the full row format, exactly as delivered (Excel/CSV); slide the row sideways to see every column. Details redacted here because the data is the product. Email us and we'll send 50 unredacted rows for your state, free. Spot-check them yourself.
We checked the incumbents' public sites before writing this page. Ask them these five questions, ask us, and compare the answers. That comparison is our entire pitch.
Incumbents: a quote form and a sales call before you see a number.
Us: the price is on this page. Card or invoice, your pick.
Incumbents: “proprietary verification”, with no row-level source you can check.
Us: a source URL and evidence quote on every row. Open the page, find the person.
Incumbents: “updated regularly”, a claim you take on faith.
Us: every row carries its collection date. The current files were verified in July and August 2026.
Incumbents: “the most accurate in the industry”, with no number and no method.
Us: a published audit number for every state, 91-98% on the current files, from random samples against schools' live pages. Method shared on request.
Incumbents: a generic sample file at best, if one is offered at all.
Us: 50 unredacted rows for your state, free, source links included. Audit us first.
A database built up over decades can't show you where each row came from; nobody kept the receipts. Ours was built this year with the receipt attached to every record. That is why the new vendor can show you proof the old ones can't.
Our lists are built by people and machine, then checked two ways: every email is bounce-tested through ZeroBounce, and a reviewer samples records at random and confirms each one against the school's live page. The result is a number we'll show you, and because every row is source-linked, you never have to take it on faith.
Every file is sample-audited against schools' live pages and carries its own published figure. August audits: Maine 98%, Pennsylvania 93%, Massachusetts 92%, New Jersey 91%. The five July states audited at 94%+.
Every record. Open the page, find the person on any row, any time.
Find an error or a removal request? It's actioned within two business days and ships in your next refresh.
A price gets hidden for one of two reasons: it changes depending on who is asking, or the product cannot survive being compared. Neither is true here. It is one file at one price for every institution that buys it, and you can check it against the schools' own pages before you pay. There is also no sales team here whose commission depends on learning your budget first. That leaves nothing for a quote call to do except slow you down.
The cost structure is different, and the price follows it. We don't pay a commissioned sales team, rent conference booths, or meter you per record. Software does the collection and verification, a person sample-audits the result, and you buy from this page.
One discount exists on this page: founding terms. We do not negotiate beyond it, for anyone. When the founding window closes, at 20 institutions or on October 31, 2026, whichever comes first, the bundle goes to $7,999 and founding buyers keep their terms. If a price moves on a phone call, it was never the price. This one does not move.
Nine states are finished, verified, and ready to deliver. Buy below by card and the
file is in your inbox within one business day. No six-week enterprise cycle, no mystery quote.
You will notice the tiles below are full of numbers, including the ones that don't flatter us, like
each state's exact email coverage. Most vendors won't print those percentages. We'd rather you know
what you're buying before you pay.

Sold to post-secondary

The best value on this page is the Founding Bundle. The first 20 institutions get all twelve of our Northeast and Mid-Atlantic lists, the nine live today plus the three in production as they ship, with 12 months of refreshes, for $3,999 (regularly $7,999). The nine live states alone are $12,594 bought separately. Founding terms end at 20 institutions or on October 31, 2026, whichever comes first. See the full offer. Single-state purchases include one complimentary 90-day refresh.
Delivered as a ready-to-import Excel/CSV within one business day. Prefer an invoice or PO instead of card checkout? Email us your states and we'll send one the same day.
In active production: Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. These three complete the Founding 12, and founding clients receive each one free as it passes our sample audit and launches. Buying single states? Tell us your territory and we'll send a delivery date.
Recruiting outside the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic? Tell us which states and we will say honestly whether they are on our roadmap. We would rather point you elsewhere than sell you a state we have not built.
We relaunched in July, and the first 20 institutions to buy the Northeast Bundle get all twelve of our Northeast and Mid-Atlantic lists, not just the nine ready today. That means the 9 live states now (12,397 contacts: New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Maine, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts), every one of the 3 in production (Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C.) delivered free as each passes our sample audit and launches, and 12 months of refreshes. It is $3,999 against a regular price of $7,999, capped at the first 20 institutions and ending October 31, 2026, whichever comes first. To be exact about scope: the offer covers those twelve lists and no others. Any states built beyond the Founding 12 are separate purchases. After the window closes, the bundle returns to regular pricing with a single 90-day refresh, and founding buyers keep their founding terms.
It's on this page. Single-state lists run $1,299 to $2,999, and the four smallest New England states (New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Rhode Island) come together as one $1,299 Four-Pack. The nine-state Northeast Bundle is $3,999 for the first 20 founding institutions (regularly $7,999), and that founding purchase also includes the 3 in-production lists as they ship and a year of updates. You can buy any of it by card today, no quote call, no waiting. The founding bundle is the best value on this page by a wide margin.
We put a measured number on every file. A reviewer pulls records at random and confirms each against the school's live page. The August 2026 audits: Maine 98%, Pennsylvania 93%, Massachusetts 92% (88% on the strictest title-for-title standard), New Jersey 91%. The five states audited in July 2026 came back at 94%+. On top of that, every email is bounce-tested through ZeroBounce before delivery, and every row links to its source so you can verify any record yourself. Ask and we'll share the audit method.
Every counselor comes from a high school's own public website: counseling department pages and staff directories, and every row records the page it came from. Most email addresses are published right on that page; a disclosed share are verified from the school's standard address format or recovered from our own prior records, and ship only after passing an independent bounce test. We never scrape social networks or buy third-party lists, and each file discloses its exact split.
We sell to post-secondary educational institutions only. Orders, and free sample requests, need to come from a .edu email address, and that address is where the file is delivered. This is deliberate. Keeping our files with the admissions teams who actually use them, and away from list resellers and data brokers, is what protects the value of the file you paid for. An order placed from a non-institutional address is refunded in full rather than fulfilled.
Don't trust us. Audit us. One correction to “new”, though: our first hand-built lists sold to institutions in 2022 and 2023; what launched this year is the rebuilt, source-linked system. An established vendor asks you to take “triple-verified” on faith; we hand you the source page and the naming quote on every single row, a published sample-audit number, and 50 unredacted rows for your state before you spend a dollar. Being new is also why the data is fresh: everything we sell was collected and verified this year. And if a file materially misdescribes what you bought, that's a full refund within 7 days, and it's in the terms below.
You don't have to take our word for it. Every row shows its source URL and the quote naming the person, the emails are bounce-tested, and the file is sample-audited against the schools' live pages. Ask for 50 free sample rows for your state and check them yourself before you spend a dollar. One caveat: Rhode Island's sample is 40 rows, which is every covered RI school with an emailed counselor, and we don't pad samples to look bigger.
An Excel/CSV file: school, counselor name, title, email (where published), phone, CEEB code, source URL, evidence quote, and collection date. Import it into Slate, Salesforce, or any CRM.
Every email is bounce-tested right before delivery, and anything that fails comes out of the file before it reaches you. If a delivered address still hard-bounces, tell us within 30 days and we'll re-verify and replace or credit the affected rows. And if more than 5% of the delivered emails in a file hard-bounce within those 30 days, you choose the remedy: we replace the affected rows or refund that file in full.
Yes, the license covers one institution and all of its admissions staff. It does not permit resale, sublicensing, or sharing outside your institution.
The lists contain professional (business) contact information published publicly by schools, for professional outreach to school staff. We honor removal requests from any listed individual; see our privacy note.
Plain-language summary; a full license agreement accompanies each deliverable.
Purchases are limited to post-secondary educational institutions. Orders must be placed using an institutional .edu email address, which is also the address the deliverable is sent to. The same applies to free sample requests. An order received from a non-institutional address is refunded in full and not fulfilled.
Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by a single institution's staff for its own outreach. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or inclusion in another data product is prohibited, as is using the file, its source URLs, or any part of it to build, train, enrich, or verify another contact dataset or data product.
The first 20 institutions to purchase the Northeast Bundle receive, at no additional cost: each of the remaining in-production lists (Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.) delivered on release within 12 months of purchase, plus every updated edition of their purchased lists published within those 12 months, delivered by email to the purchasing address. The offer is limited to these twelve lists in total: New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Maine, Delaware, and Washington, D.C., being eleven states and the District of Columbia. Lists for any other state or territory, published now or in future, are not included in this offer and are sold separately. After the first 20 Bundle purchases, or after October 31, 2026, whichever comes first, the Bundle returns to its regular price with a single complimentary 90-day refresh. Founding status is confirmed in the order receipt. Lists in production are delivered if and when they pass our sample audit and are released; production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
If the deliverable materially misdescribes what was purchased (e.g., substantially fewer rows than stated), tell us within 7 days for a correction or full refund. If more than 5% of the delivered email addresses in a file hard-bounce within 30 days of delivery, the buyer chooses the remedy: replacement of the affected rows or a full refund of that file. Because this is delivered data, refunds are otherwise not available once the file is sent, but the 30-day bounce remedy in the FAQ always applies.
